Our History
Founded in 1977, Function Junction is a privately owned company. At one time, we operated 15 stores in various cities across a three state region including Kansas City, St. Louis, Wichita, Springfield, and Omaha. You may remember shopping with us at one of them! We operate one store in Kansas City currently, and rest assured that the same great products and customer service remain today.
Community Partnerships
At Function Junction we believe that giving back to our community is a way to build positive relationships that last forever. Whether it is a basket donated for a silent auction, helping to outfit a new kitchen, or collecting items for redistribution, we are committed to improving the lives of others around us. Just a few of our partners include Harvesters: the Community Food Network, Rose Brooks Center, the Human Rights Campaign, Back In the Swing, Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, the Spofford Home, Sheffield Place, ABC's Extreme Makeover: Home Edition and many more. Due to our long-term commitments to these worthy causes, we are unable to accept unsolicited donation requests.
