Strain and puree fruits, vegetables and berries for soups, sauces, baby food, desserts and stocks.  Set includes a stainless steel chinois, a chromed steel stand and a wooden pestle.

• Fine mesh sieve
• Stabilize over a pot or bowl by resting the chinois in the stand
• Stand will accommodates 4 to 10qt. bowls, pots and pans
